The prompt I used to write possible business related resumes was by asking the AI to highlight my customer service experience in a way that reframes my abilities to work in a business related field like IT customer support. The AI versions are much different from the original, it highlights my abilities better while using my limited work experience and matched jobs best suited to me based on my abilities. The focus was mostly on customer satisfaction and problem-solving, where my skills can be easily emphasized in IT. I learned that specifying specifically what I want from the AI and my desired results are create much more targeted and personalized writing. I also learned that if I properly utilize my skills depending on the audience I can bend them to fit the narrative by rephrasing and highlighting skills that properly demonstrate my understanding and contribution to the matter.
